Shipping:
Paris Pooch will post your order to you on the same day of purchase if the order is placed before 4 pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4 pm will be posted the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend will be posted on the following Monday. ROI orders normally take 2 days to reach their destination. We use the standard An Post shipping rates which are based on weight. These rates can be viewed at www.anpost.ie. Paris Pooch is happy to ship to virtually any address in the world. Please be careful when entering delivery address details as we will deliver to the address as you enter it, and can not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the address has been entered incorrectly.
Postage costs for shipping items to you, and for the cost of returns, are the responsibility of the customer. Paris Pooch is not liable for any items lost or damaged by the postal service. A recorded delivery service is recommended to customers if you are sending items back to us.
Returns:
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and Paris Pooch wishes you to have 100% satisfaction with items purchased from our store. Before all products are shipped, we insure that they are in perfect condition. Consumers are protected under the European Directive on Distance Selling, which can be found at http://www.eic.ie/legislation/distance_selling.htm.
If you are in any way not happy with your purchase you may return it within 7 days of receipt of order as long as it is in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging and labeling. If you are returning items, Paris Pooch must be informed of the return by email (info@parispooch.ie). Customers will be entitled to a full refund or to an exchange of goods upon return of the original goods. However, goods that are reduced in price on sale or other special offers are not entitled to a refund, but can be exchanged for other goods. If you are exchanging an item for one that is more expensive, please include a cheque or money order for the difference in cost in the post with the returned item.
If any items purchased from Paris Pooch have been used, customers will not be entitled to a refund or exchange. If items are returned after our 7 days returns policy limit, customers are not entitled to a refund or exchange.
